Drafts the Danish and Bahasa Malaysia wiki pages (MIL-005 task 4).
Changes
Ten translations in wiki/: Home, Onboarding, Credentials, Troubleshooting and Capabilities, each as .da and .ms.
Each starts with <!-- translation of <Page>.md, source sha256 <12 hex> --> (ADR-0001), a notice that English is authoritative, and a language switcher.
Links between pages point to the same-language page. Code blocks, commands, file names, JSON keys, secret names and workflow messages stay in English.
docs/wiki-terms.md: term list for translators and reviewers.
tools/build_wiki.py: English pages carry the language switcher; --check also reports missing or stale translations; --hash <Page> prints the hash a translation must record.
Tests (137 pass): the check and switcher are unit-tested; each translation must have the same code blocks, table rows and heading levels as its English page; the committed translations must be current.
Wiki pages changed (rule 8)
All ten new pages, plus the five English pages regenerated for the language switcher: Home, Onboarding, Credentials, Troubleshooting, Capabilities.
Notes
The drafts are not reviewed by a native reader. Danish is the stronger draft; the Bahasa Malaysia draft needs closer review. That is task 5 (#36), so the translations should not be treated as final.
CI now fails when a README or guide change makes an English page differ from what a translation follows, so such a change needs a retranslation in the same PR (ADR-0001, rule 8). The alternative is to warn instead of fail.
Dot-named page titles (Home.da) are still unverified on the live wiki (task 7, #38).

Closes #35
Draft ten translations (Home, Onboarding, Credentials, Troubleshooting,
Capabilities in da and ms) with the source hash header from ADR-0001, a
language switcher on every page and a term list. build_wiki.py --check now
reports missing or stale translations, and tests assert that translations
follow the structure of the English page.
The drafts await review by a native reader (MIL-005 task 5).
