Adds .codex/agents/ to .gitignore, as sqa-and-qc did in #164.
What
.gitignore: the line .codex/agents/ and one comment line in the list of
per-clone generated copies. It is the Codex form of framework/.agents/agents/, made by install-skills.sh.
Without it the folder showed up as untracked in git status every time the
installer ran.
Checked: a file under .codex/agents/ is reported as ignored by git check-ignore. No other change.
