RC-056 (QC-UC-001, Brief): Go. Finding fixed: the extension had put a failure flow (a language that needs a build or a project file) into the Brief, which must hold only the primary success scenario; the sentence is removed and the stories carry it. Action item: the description of UC-005 in the UCD-001 table still reads Python and shell only; update it at the next review of UCD-001.
RC-057 (QC-US-001): Go, seven criteria. Finding fixed: the Purpose and Scope still said that stories for quality checks and releases were not written, which has been false since US-001.09.
UC-005 and US-001 are Accepted by S01 (stand-in, ADR-0002). TM-001 and the registry are updated.
With ADR-0008 (RC-054) and the accepted amendment of MIL-007 (RC-055), the plan-first gate for tasks 4 and 5 (#98, #99) is met. Merging touches docs/sqa/reviews/**, so the publishing action runs and refreshes the issues of the accepted milestones; nothing is closed.
