Task 3 now states the contract decided in ADR-0008; tasks 4 and 5 name the workflows and script files; the verification results say that ADR-0008 drops cppcheck; CrossReference and task 1 references gain ADR-0008 and US-001.16 and .17.
MIL-007 is Accepted again, which the plan-first gate and the publishing action need. With the action installed, merging this PR publishes the accepted milestones: MIL-007 will be updated and the refreshed task text reaches issues #95 to #102. Nothing is closed.
It does not accept the extension of UC-005 and US-001.16 and .17 (task 1, #95); that review is the action item of RC-055.
