docs/uc-005/uc.md: the Brief names C++ (format and static checks) and C# (format and analyzer checks) and says that a language that needs a build or a project file reports what is missing instead of passing; stories US-001.16 and .17 added.
docs/user-stories.md: US-001.16 (a C++ project) and US-001.17 (a C# project), three acceptance criteria each: a pass or fail status, a finding with tool and path:line, and a [configuration] failure that names what is missing. No tool is named in the story statements.
Both documents are Proposed; the review records follow once S01 gives the go, so #95 is only referenced.
Task 2 (#96): what the runner provides, current versions only
Requirement from S01: old tools are not run; the .NET SDK is version 10 or later. A first run (692) looked at SDK 8 and is superseded.
Run 699 (throwaway branch, deleted): .NET SDK 10.0.401 from the official script in 20 s (apt gives 10.0.112, an older band; 11.0 is only a release candidate and not used); clang-format 23.1.3 and clang-tidy 22.1.8 from PyPI in seconds; cppcheck is only an old package (apt 2.13.0, latest release 2.22.0, and the PyPI package of that name is another project), so the contract drops it or builds from source.
Recorded in the Verification results of MIL-007, with the deliverable, Go/No-Go criterion 1 and task 3 amended; the issue bodies were refreshed with sync-project.sh --apply.
