Tirsvad	1bad75c367	Add timeouts to every job and pin actions/checkout to an exact tag ... Findings of QC-WF-001 (criteria 8 and 14) applied to the workflows of this repository and to the two scoped workflows: - timeout-minutes on every job: quality-checks 15, release 15, validate-workflows 10, sync-milestones 15, publish-wiki 10, sync-github-metadata 5. - actions/checkout@v4 becomes actions/checkout@v4.2.2. No change to inputs, secrets or behaviour. The 6-line run blocks of sync-milestones.yml move to a script in the framework in a separate change.	2026-10-11 12:49:24 +08:00
Tirsvad	670f0ac469	Run the quality checks from a script file of this repository ... Task: MIL-003#3	2026-10-11 11:14:03 +08:00
Tirsvad	6933e91c83	Pin the scoped workflows to v1 and record the MIL-004 results ... Task: MIL-004#1	2026-10-11 03:03:42 +08:00
Tirsvad	45219a19f6	Add the reusable quality-check workflow ... quality-checks.yml implements the contract of ADR-0005: inputs for the languages, the working directory and one pinned version per tool; ruff, mypy --strict, shellcheck and shfmt installed from PyPI into a venv; every tool runs and any failure fails the job; a language without files is skipped with a notice. Offline tests run the shell steps with stub tools. Verified live from another organisation with clean files, a seeded failure and an empty language. Task: MIL-003#3	2026-10-10 16:13:57 +08:00
