Tirsvad 23a64a3f35 PP-001 and RC-062: accepted 
S01 gave the Go on the MIL-008 plan change in chat on 2026-10-13. The change
was merged as pull request 137 with the plan row Proposed; this sets PP-001
and RC-062 to Accepted.

Tirsvad 9aeb74e8b0 PP-001: add MIL-008 and review record RC-062 
MIL-008 (wiki publishing as a reusable workflow) joins the Gateway Schedule,
the Gantt, Scope Coverage, Dependencies and Plan Risks. RC-062 records the
review; the plan row stays Proposed until S01 gives the Go.
