Subject: [PATCH] Release 1.2.0: changelog entry

Minor version: two new reusable workflows, nothing changes for existing
callers. Release approval (step 4 of the release process): AI as stand-in for
S01, as the user chose autonomous mode and asked for the release in chat on
2026-10-13.
