MIL-006: add task 6, fix the page title of hyphenated wiki pages

Amends the accepted milestone with task 6 and records the review as RC-058
(autonomous, AI as stand-in for S01). The fix itself follows in a second pull
request under the Task: MIL-006#6 trailer.
