+## Overall Verdict
+
+Go - all six criteria pass. S01 gave the Go in chat on 2026-10-10, standing in for the other reviewers as ADR-0002 records; there is no independent reader. Accepting the milestone unlocks its tasks under the plan-first gate; the issues are still to be created with `sync-project.sh --apply`. The PP-001 row that adds MIL-006 is `Proposed` and was not part of this review.
