Tirsvad	01178370cb	Prepare release 2.2.0: changelog section and guides at @v2 ... The unreleased entries become the 2.2.0 section (the English-comments workflow and the WireGuard and Tailscale actions). The guides no longer say to call @main until a release: the examples use @v2, and the VPN guides state that the actions are released but have not run on a real tunnel yet. Tirsvad	198830588c	Judge each line of a comment block, then the block ... The trial of the English-comments check found that a Danish comment line next to an English one was missed: the joined block counted as English. A block of several lines is now judged line by line first (at least four words and a probability of 0.7), and as a whole when no line is flagged.
