A new wiki page, UpdatingTheFramework, linked from Home and the sidebar:
how to keep the framework submodule up to date with git submodule update --init --remote --recursive framework, and what each flag does;
what to run afterwards: bash framework/scripts/install-skills.sh, then commit the new framework pointer on a branch;
how to bring AGENTS.md up to date with framework/templates/AGENTS-template.md: diff first, replace only if it was never edited, otherwise merge the new sections by hand;
a note that --remote follows the framework's default branch, not a release tag, and how to stay on a tag.
After merging
The shared Publish wiki workflow publishes the new page on the push to main. One page is created and two (Home, _Sidebar) are updated, so the log should report 3 pages. Page names have no hyphen (see TirSystem/github-action#117).

framework/templates/AGENTS-template.md.
